Our new Business Park in East Dundee is scheduled to open on June 1st 2026, with a new 50,000 square foot truck maintenance building, as well as the first part of the northern Rock Road extension.  Future phases of development will include a second maintenance facility, additional roadways and retail developments on West Dundee Road (Route 68).

This new expanded facility, located at 200 Rock Road is designed to have 7 leasable units, varying from two to five bays each, exclusively designed for semi-truck repair.  This new facility will emulate the design of our existing maintenance buildings located at 200 Christina Drive (with Cassidy Tire) and 250 Patricia Lane in Terra Business Park.

Immediate access to 200 Rock Road will be from a new extension of the existing Rock Road. The new building is situated east of the new Rock Road extension, and just south of Penny Road.  As part of this year's construction, Rock Road will be temporarily connected to the existing Penny Road.  The final connection of the new Rock Road extension to West Dundee Road (Route 68) will occur at a later date, estimated to be one year later.
